Gratitude Praktis January 18, 2010

1)  Watching Avatar with dear friends today!  Protect and Honor the great Mother in all her powerful and sacred manifestations!

2)  Seeing a Friendly Universe sign upon watching the film!

3)  Receiving words that inpsire confidence and hope from Love’s Champ…

4)  Sharing about Theta Healing praktis and other affirmations that invite us to connect, receive and give from the Friendly Universe ~ Source!

5)  Receiving a letter from afar from Precious Heart Friend and having a moment to connect and respond from my own awakening space within (hopefully it’s waking up!?)

6)  Finding more online dharma talks by H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche and hearing the one about relationships as praktis, again.  Don’t you just love it when the right dharma talk finds its way to you, and you have a chance to allow the dharma rain to soak us!

7)  Celebrating Dr. King’s living dream at a community breakfast this morning.

8)  Completing the process for a small contribution to a dharma book to be about the People of Color~Culture~Compassion retreats organized by Deer Park Monastery and the Plum Village Sangha back in 2004.  The four-fold sangha is giving birth to this book, guided by Su Co Chau Nghiem, now praktising at the European Institute for Applied Buddhism in Germany.  Thank you for H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche for offering teachings that help me to better understand the path of dharma work.

9)  Hearing the teachings on the Victory of Life and Love!

Feeling instead of always thinking.

Surrender giving way to Victory!

10)  Friendly email from a colleague who I only know through email and her kind attention to send information during the weekend to help facilitate the process for us locally.
